Internship (3 months) 2013

I worked hand in hand with PHD students creating all of the graphic material they needed for their thesis projects, Including Interface design for mobile apps and video games, additional graphic material such as Posters, brochures, icons, videos and small animations. Also helped some students creating JavaScript based video games for Kids with movement disabilities.

Manual QA Tester 2015 - Present Day

Project client: Sprint

While working for the Sprint Account, I was able to perform front-end testing on their prepaid services such as Virgin Mobile and Boost Mobile websites. Usually verifying pages like phone catalog, new device releases, prices, phone plans, Wi-Fi hotspots, checkout/cart, and compare features. Both desktop and Mobile/responsive. Responsibilities:

Analyse and understand business requirements.

Maintain clear communication with business and the development team.

Currently working as a front end/back-end tester for an eStore Application and a B2B application. As QA test engineer I join all the requirement meetings and discuss new functionalities with the business, BA and Dev team. Based on the requirements gathered in those meeting, I write the test cases/ test scenarios. Once the implementation is done I perform manual testing (functional, integration & regression testing), the testing is executed in the development stage/environment. Any bugs caught during testing gets reported in their Kanban Board platform.

Someone from the development team will be assigned to work on the bug fix. Once it’s worked by the development team it is retested and the card is moved accordingly (if it’s f ixed or needs to be reworked until it's in compliance with requirements and expected behavior). This process is repeated until it’s deployed to Live. Responsibilities:

Analyze and understand business requirements.

Create Test cases

Perform all the manual testing for new functionalities

Perform regression testing

Follow up on bugs and defects

Attend all meetings
