I've been part of a major packaging company for 21 years dealing with specific customer requirements and high quality standards. As a leading operator and team leader of 20 employees in the printing department it was my duty to deal with the customers when any new jobs or designs were required so the customer could pass the job off to run on press. This required me firstly to make sure any adjustments were required and whether the product was specific and matched the customers approved quality sample. I've also had training in health and safety. I was a print team leader for 6 years
