National Director of Sales – Toshiba Canada Medical Systems 2016 – Present Reporting to the President and CEO of Toshiba Canada Medical Systems. Responsible for building a developing the sales organization, through leadership and mentoring. Responsible for all the entire sales channel; from order to installation, managing the sales account manager organization. Building strong relationship and connections in the C-Suite, Procurement channels and RFP process. A key member of the executive management team. Providing skills mentoring, processes development and leadership.

Regional Sales Manager – Draeger Medical Canada 2012 – 2016 Reporting to the President and CEO of Draeger Medical Canada. Responsible for working with Account Managers, Clinical Application, Technical Application Specialists, Field Service personnel, implementing goals and objectives, leading the sales portfolio towards regional growth, provided leadership and management to sales force, setting development goals for sales through continued key relationship building and successful strategic partnerships. National Sales and Market Manager – GE Healthcare Canada 2010 -2012 Reporting to the General Manager CS – LLS and PCS, a special request to move and be responsible for building a new P&L for all accessories and supplies, managing a sales force comprised of inside, contract, distribution and direct sales channels, for all GE Healthcare modalities, inclusive of Life Support, Monitoring IT, Diagnostic Imaging, X-ray, Cardiology, Ultrasound, Maternal Infant Care and Homecare. Built relationships with 3rd party supplies to complete in the One GE Healthcare solution. Led as the 3rd party coordinator as part of the MES Project team for Humber River Regional Hospital Ontario.
