Fabrication:

Material planning, work methods& raising steel requirement as per the drawings considering optimum scrap percentage.

Maintaining documentation as per organization & Planning for Optimum usage of Resources & Manpower. Distribution of responsibilities to the sub ordinate & taking feedback, trouble shooting.

Checking of Dye Penetration Test, Fit-up of fabricated items, Checking of Welding Quality, Certification of Inspection.

Erection Weld Joint Checking, Preparing for arrangement for NDT including UT, RT, MPT.

Stage Wise documentation of QA/QC related Protocols, Reports etc.

Co-ordination with Consultant along with Client in all aspects related to quality.
