Head Coach and Founder
Set up and facilitated a Supply Chain team that delivered a $20 million improvement in cash flow, establishing us as the top performing division in the US for the quarter.
Worked with the Logistics Department of a company to reduce the cycle time for the creation of export documentation from 17.5 to 2.5 days.
Facilitated a team of 15 people that reduced the cycle time by 60%, from 15 months to 6 months as measured from engineering release to construction completed of the Ships Control Station for the USS Texas SSN 775 which is a Nuclear Submarine.
Established a Value Analysis process with a team that met once a week for 6 months. The team implemented savings of just over $480,000 per year.
Twice took over as Interim Supply Chain Manager to right the ship and conduct the search for a full time replacement. One of these assignments was for a capital goods manufacturer for Apple Phones during a ramp up in production. Seven of their machines went on each line. Was able to keep operations supplied with material to ship on time.
