RE: April Berumen
To Whom It May Concern:
This is a letter of recommendation for April Berumen. I had the privilege of Supervising April for almost one year at Sand Springs Community Services, Inc., in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. April is one of the hardest working staff members I have supervised.
Sand Springs Community Services experienced an almost 500% increase in Client numbers during the time I supervised April. Our Team had to think quickly on their feet, think outside the box and had to identify and obtain resources for Client services unlike any of the other 86 years the organization provided services to the community.
April continually brought innovative ideas to the Team that improved our functionality and efficiency. She identified and implemented better ways to complete Client Intakes, track Client outcomes and conduct grant research. She showed a level of compassion that also motivated the Clients she worked with. April was always solution-focused and had the ability to identify solvable problems that built confidence in those she worked with.
April would benefit any company that wants to grow and improve services. She will be an asset to any organization that gains her as a Team member.
If I can provide any further information, please feel free to contact me. Thank you for considering April Berumen for employment with your company.
Sincerely:
Daisy Thomas

Letter of Recommendation for Mrs. April Berumen
To Whom It May Concern,
The purpose of this letter is a very humble attempt to describe and characterize an individual I am honored to know professionally. An attempt to characterize her in one letter will seem futile at best.
I first met April Berumen when she accepted employment with Allan Edwards, Inc. Her position with the company required that I have constant interaction with her.
Through this interaction I observed several quality traits in her professional and personal character. These traits exemplified the utmost in integrity, professional demeanor, and compassion.
Integrity is often considered the cornerstone of an individual's character. This most definitely holds true with April Berumen. The definition of her integrity is above reproach and I have the ultimate and utmost confidence in every word she speaks. Her daily tasks included management of sensitive company materials and information. She performed these duties with the utmost integrity and confidence and at no time were her actions ever in doubt.
It is not often that someone's professional demeanor is discussed or noticed, however, with April Berumen this is a "stand-alone" quality that deserves recognition. The work environment at Allan Edwards is never a constant and it is evident when employees are treated differently. Even as such an environment existed, April never wavered in demonstrating an exceptional professional demeanor. She met the challenges of a distained work-place culture with poise, grace, and professional resilience. I admired her ability to over-come and overlook work-place distracters and maintain a positive, professional bearing.
If compassion was a sole requirement for employment I would hire April Berumen a hundred times over. She continually demonstrated compassion for her work, for her fellow employees, and for the company she worked. This compassion was evident on a
daily basis and contributed to her professional work ethic. This compassion for fellow employees and for the company resulted in a work ethic that is second to none. Her compassion and dedication was constantly evident in her work. Employees were drawn to her for this reason.
At any time I would gladly work with April Berumen and would recommend her for any position. The qualities that comprise her character should be standard with every employee. She has my utmost trust and confidence.
Please feel free to contact me anytime as I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to further describe my confidence and trust in her abilities and character.
