Goal: To achieve a position in the Healthcare Field, working

in the position of a Patient Care Technician. I have advanced

Administrative as well as Clinicla Skills and feel that I would

be an asset to your company.

Accomplishments: I am a full time student at Southern

Technical College in Sanford, Florida enrolled in the PCT

Program. Currently I am in my last four weeks of school and

I have been able to maintain a 4.0 GPA throughout my nine

months in school. I am certified by the AHA in CPR, I am

capable of doing Phlebotomy, EKG's, measuring Daily Living

Skills and other patient skills.

Employment: From 1/15/01 until 8/12/11 I was employed as

a Customer Service Manager with Wal Mart in Williamsburg,

Virginia, I was responsible for Cashiers, Door Greeters, Cart

Pushers, and Maintenance. I would give yearly evaluations

on these employees selected at random.

Employment: From 8/1999 to 1/2000, I worked as a

Pharmacy Tech for CVS.

Other Employment: I have worked in various other

Healthcare position such as Setting up and Managing a

Home Health Agency, I worked as the Manager of a

Medication Management Program, I have worked as a Dental

Assistant, I have 25 years experience working in Mental

Health.

Titles I have worked under: Director of QA, Director of

Utilization Review, CNA. AMA (which is now called a CMA),

Certified Healthcare Risk Manager and others as mentioned

above.

I retired from Wal Mart in 2011 and relocated to Florida,

where I was "June Cleaver" for five years after which I

decided to go back to school to "update" my medical skills

and find new employment in my field.
