Began the Production Control and Production Scheduling transition away from the existing Access data base an into a complete SAP environment.

Reduced existing rework inventory by 500 pallet positions by reorganizing the warehouse flow, which identified scrap and non reworkable product.

Hired to improve OT&C metrics for CEI’s customer base, as well as, improve production efficiencies.

Developed and implemented an 8 week S&OP report which increased CEI’s OT&C annual percentage to 96%, as well as, their production packaging line efficiencies in excess of 98%.

Identified and corrected bottles fill levels for each primary packaging line. This, in turn, saved CEI in excess of $250K annually in unnecessary chemical purchases and customer scrap charge backs.

By loading the correct size/bottle form on its primary packaging line I reduced the annual outside pre-labeling spend by 50%. This also identified secondary and tertiary packaging lines, which maximized production efficiencies and minimized outside spend.
