Past Experience:

One girl office for a Veterinarian, data entry and proof reading for three outsourcing companies, kept manual books for a sports team in Tulsa. Also, worked for a company that refurbished airplane parts, and two toy stores

Worked for an oilfield supply company for 8 years and kept a full set of manual books. I also made all deposits, payroll, and quarterly reports. Then I went on to working for Ozark Mahoning until the oil division was sold.

Special Projects: These special projects were done for Hampshire (Sutherland Global). I was asked to make an outline of how to make “new invoice” #’s so we would all be on the same time. I found that some invoices came in to be paid without invoice #’s, also Utilities bills needed to be shorten so that needed to be addressed.

My second project was to make an outline of oddities that we would come across while putting the invoices into our accounting system. i.e. names on the invoice would not be the real name of the business it would be the dba name.
