Project 1

Project Title: Goods and Services Tax for CIN Implementation

Duration: Mar, 2017 – July, 2017

Environment: SAP ECC 6.0

Project Summary: Roll out of the model of SAP on ECC 6.0 with Finance & Controlling, Procurement (MM), Project System, & Sales and distribution.

Role & Responsibilities:

Conducting project initiation, monitoring, meetings with business user’s/stake holders to gather information about the project.

Communicating with business users/stakeholders to gather requirement for specs and scoping the project.

Monitoring development activities and timely risk assessment, managing & providing technical and Process level guidance/support to the project team.

Establishing process setup and monitoring the development and conducting code review, debugging and troubleshooting the application.

Implemented SAP notes as per our release version to the standard transaction codes for GST process.

Implemented User Exits, BADI's & Enhancements in SD, MM, & FI functional areas as per user requirement.

Worked on LSMW for uploading HSN/SAC codes for service & material, vendor & customer master changes for GSTIN number, region, & vendor classification in CIN details.

Project Title: FICSM Premium model implementation and Support

Duration: Sep, 2014 – Jun, 2016

Environment: SAP ECC 6.0

Project Summary: Roll out of the FICSM Model of SAP on ECC 6.0 from the present model of SAP ECC 5.0, with Finance & Controlling, Sourcing (MM), Costing, PM, Supply Chain, & PP. FICSM model of operation is the global standard of International Paper.

Role & Responsibilities:

Conducting project initiation, monitoring, meetings with US team and business user’s/stake holders to gather information about the project.

Communicating with business users/stakeholders to gather requirement for specs and scoping the project.

Monitoring development activities and timely risk assessment, managing & providing technical and Process level guidance/support to the project team.

Establishing process setup and monitoring the development and conducting code review, debugging and troubleshooting the application.

Developed Stock and Sales details reports for daily & monthly based on target quantity which management will have with auto email process to management concerns.

Implemented User Exits & BADI's in SD, MM, FI, & PP functional areas as per user requirement.

Worked on LSMW for uploading multiple pricing condition types and vendor master creation with table control of withholding tax & CIN details.

Using BDC program to upload the GR creation of multiple line item to create single material document number.

Project 3

Project Title: EAGLE (SAP to CRM Sales Force.com through Web methods)

Duration: Sep, 2013 - Aug, 2014

Environment: SAP ECC 5.0

Project Summary: Salesforce automation system, Codenamed as Eagle, the project provides a range of features. The system, based on Salesforce.com, provides a new customer relations experience for our dealers and distributors, a higher level of information around new products and new features such as key account management and availability / shipment dates taking all the data from SAP through interfaces, along with providing key decision making reports.

Role & Responsibilities:

Developed RFC function module to flow the data from SAP to SFDC & SFDC to SAP through Web methods.

Developed data dictionary of customized tables & table type for function modules to interface with SFDC.

Developed LSMW to upload pricing data to SAP of single transaction for multiple condition types using different sales combination of condition types.

Developed BADI to update customer table to know modification of customer details.

Developed data dictionary of customized table with table maintenance generator and added additional control in maintenance screen.

Establishing process setup, monitoring the development and conducting code review, debugging and troubleshooting the application.

Coordinate with US team and SFDC team to do quality & integration testing.

Project 4

Project Title: APPM GL account integration with IP GL account

Duration: Apr, 2013 - Aug, 2013

Project Summary: Merging APPM GL account integration with IP GL account. IP will have standard flat file format to upload into AERO server system for financial process.

Role & Responsibilities:

Conducting project initiation, monitoring, meetings with US team and business user’s/stake holders to gather requirements about the project.

Developed data dictionary objects to maintained balance sheet details.

Developed GL interface and updating report to the customized table.

Developed report to generate IP standard flat file format using IP standard naming convention file and migrating flat file using FTP process from APPM system to IP system.
