I have provided legal, compliance, human resources and security advice to Southwire Company over the course of the last nineteen years. During this time, I had the opportunity to conduct corporate investigations, ensure compliance with federal and state laws, direct human resources initiatives and provide advice and counsel to corporate officers and executives.

My skills include driving engagement of employees across a diverse workforce, creating and enforcing policies and procedures and oversight of corporate security. In addition, I assisted in the drafting and administration of a 501 (c) (3) charitable organization to assist employees with extraordinary family or medical issues.

I began my career as a corporate attorney where I drafted a myriad of corporate documents. In addition, I litigated and settled workers compensation cases while overseeing the workers’ compensation program.

I believe my varied and extensive corporate law and human resources background would be a benefit to your organization.

I look forward to discussing my qualifications and experience with you in the near future.
