We are pleased to provide you with electronic Statements and Notices. When each month’s statement or electronic notice is ready for viewing, you will receive an e-mail notification. Your electronic documents will have the same information and appearance as printed statements. Please read the disclosure below regarding the Electronic Delivery of Statements and Notices. We encourage you to read this Disclosure carefully. Notices or Disclosures about a Change in the Terms of your Account If at some point in the future you no longer want to receive the legal disclosures, agreements, instructions, communications and periodic statements and notices electronically, you understand that you may withdraw your consent for electronic delivery of such items, and that doing so will not affect the legal effectiveness, validity or enforceability of electronic disclosures or records that were made available to you prior to the implementation of your withdrawal of consent for electronic delivery. However, you understand that if you choose not to receive disclosures and periodic statements electronically, your account may be changed to a new account type that might have monthly service charges.
At your request, we will provide a copy of the initial Account Disclosures and Schedule of Charges in paper-based media. We may charge a fee for providing you with paper copies of these Disclosures. To withdraw your consent for electronic delivery, to update your contact information, or to request a paper or non-electronic copy of any record or document, please refer to the bank contact information found in the paragraph “Communications between the Bank and You”. Periodic Statements
You will receive an email shortly after the end of each period notifying you that your Periodic Statement is available for viewing. You must promptly access/review your Statement and any accompanying items and notify us in writing within the applicable time period specified in your Account Agreement and Disclosure of any error, unauthorized signature, lack of signature, alteration or other irregularity. Any applicable time periods within which you must notify us of any errors on your Statement(s) shall begin on the statement date.
If you need to obtain a printed copy of a periodic statement that has not been mailed to you, please call the Bank toll-free at 800-***-**** or 203-***-****. We may charge a reasonable fee for the delivery of paper copies of periodic statements.

You agree that any notice or other type of communication provided to you pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and any future disclosures required by law, including electronic fund transfer disclosures, may be made electronically via an email notice with instructions/links or via an email with attached disclosures. We reserve the right to provide a paper copy, in place of electronic form, of any communication that you have authorized us to provide to you electronically. You agree to notify us immediately of any change in your email address. You can notify us by any of the methods detailed in the section entitled “Communications between the Bank and You”. For your protection and for security purposes we will not accept any change of email address notices via email. Hardware and Software Requirements

Change in Terms
We may change any term of this Agreement at any time. We will provide any required notice of the change in terms to you via an email notice that contains instructions/links to the applicable disclosures or by postal mail.
Consent

You further agree that your computer satisfies the hardware and software requirements specified above and that you have provided us with a current e-mail address at which we may send electronic communications to you.
