Led the Engineering department consisting of 19 direct reports (comprised of Engineers: Electrical, Mechanical, Software, IT, Scientists and Document Control personnel) to develop highly sensitive electro-mechanical lab equipment utilized to characterize powders and porous materials. Identified key resources and developed them to drive the business’s growth objectives while eliminating roles that did not add value to the organization, resulting in improved efficiency.
