Digital image processing, Advanced planetary rover design, Advanced real time systems, Linear control systems, Digital Signal Processing, Electronic Devices and Circuits, Microprocessors and Microcontrollers, Linear and digital IC applications, Pulse and Digital Circuits, Industrial Instrumentation and Process Control Instrumentation.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Intern Solar Semiconductor Private Limited, Hyderabad, India. Dec’12-Feb’13
● Was solely responsible for designing and testing a redundancy circuit that allows a person to use
power to be used from power lines and power stored in the photovoltaic cells.
● Also, gained knowledge of how a solar power station generates power from solar energy and how it
is transmitted through transmission lines.
Intern Rashtriya ishpat nigam limited Visakhapatnam steel plant, India. Jun’14–July’15
● Had experience working with distributed control systems in a very large scale steel plant.
● Implemented slurry flow measurement using a RADAR flow measuring device.
Designed and printed a Low-Power Signal Conditioning for a Radar flow meter.
Intern Jay robotix pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, India. Dec’13 – Jan’14
● Designed an Autonomous robot for transferring products from one place to another.
● Implemented PCB design for the circuit using Eagle software.
ACADEMIC PROJECTS:
DEVELOPMENT OF A MINING MARS ROVER FOR 2017 ROBOTIC MINING COMPETITION.
● Developed a fully autonomous mining rover using multiple point localization method and using
radio towers for base communication.
● Designed and printed the copper layout for the microprocessor unit and motor control unit for the
rover.
DEVELOPMENT OF MARS ROVER FOR 2016 RASC-AL EXPLORATION ROBO-OPS CHALLENGE.
● The West Virginia university Mountaineers Robotics team (MRT) proposes and construct a
planetary rover for the RASC-AL Exploration Robo-ops challenge.
● Worked on the design of the robotic arm for the planetary rover for collecting the test
particles during the challenge and designed the PCB layout for the microprocessor chip using
EAGLE software.
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EOG-BASED HUMAN COMPUTER INTERFACE SYSTEM.
Acquisition of EOG (electrooculography) signals by properly placing the surface electrodes.
Amplified the acquired signals using NI data acquisition board and Multisim software.
The amplified data was fed as an input to the NI LabVIEW software for controlling the DC motors.
WEB INTERFACE CONTROLLED ROBOT.
Raspberry Pi controller was used for interfacing with the internet protocols for controlling the robot.
H bridge board was designed using EAGLE software for running the robot.
Using a known IP address, the robot can be controlled from anywhere in the world.
