I have been working on computers since 1991 and windows 3.1, and have been self-taught since then. In 2000 I became the manager of a small computer store and was responsible for the sales department communicating with the IT department to be sure clients’ issues were properly addressed. I have been repairing systems out of my house since 2001, and have worked in IT departments at such places as Corning Museum of Glass and Most recently CAF USA.
