Preparing F&G cable schedule, Cable routing layouts for Q-Chem Projects.

PROJECTS

Major Projects Handled:

oInstallation of HP Gas Re-injection Compressor

Installed HP Re-injection compressor on AB platform for Maersk oil. Prepared termination, I/O list, Hook-up’s, and related drawings as per the client standards. Instrument connections to the DCS/ESD/F&G cabinets have been done according to the Interface list. Flame/Gas detectors are also installed in the location and connected to F&G cabinet.

oInstrument of Air System for Crude Oil Tank Farm

Installation of new pneumatic header and control valves for the future instruments.

oRe-route of Oil/ Water from One Location to Other Location

Installing flow, pressure instruments, and shutdown valves and getting connected to the DCS/ESD systems. New junction boxes installed and connected to the control room.

oModified Control Room in Existing Platform

oTransported Gross Liquids from D location platform to E location platform Via A location.

oInstalled Satellite Phone Antenna Cabinets at Various Locations

Installation of satellite phones on various platforms and the interfacing with the communication panel jobs has been done. Location of the antenna shown in layout as per the site.

CERTIFICATION

Certified in MicroStation and AutoCAD in 2007

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Well versed with Software like AutoCAD 2007/ 2014, MicroStation, SAP, Autocad Revit and Office Automation.

Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel..etc.)
