ACADEMIC PROJECT:

“Fabrication of Electricity and Water Pumping System using Wind Mill”

Aero turbine converts wind energy into rotary mechanical energy. A mechanical interface, consisting of

a step-up gear and a suitable coupling transmits the energy to an electrical generator. The output of this

of this generator is connected to the battery or system grid. The battery is connected to the inverter. The

inverter is used to convert DC voltages to AC voltages. The load is drawn current from the inverter.

Wind energy is converted into mechanical rotary motion of the gear mechanism to which Sucker rod is

Connected. Now the sucker rod will undergo into reciprocating motion to power underground pump with

which each motion of sucker rod, draws water upwards through a one way check valve.

“Implementation of new combinations of salts in solar collectors in order to increase the efficiency of the collectors, to the replace Boiler with it to generate steam for running turbines’’.

The Major problem associated with the thermal power plants is, the limited availability and the processing cost of the coal,petroleum products etc., that are required to produce steam by heating the boiler.

‘This project gives an approach for technique of overcoming the use of limited source available like coal petroleum products etc. Wherein, this project will make use of the combination of high grade efficient solar collectors with new combination of salts to heat the water to the critical temperature to generate the steam, and further the steam can be used for Rankin cycle to run turbines.

Innovation challenge for ‘Easy accessibility to Trains from Low Level Platforms’

This project is mainly make use of the technical mechanical design tools,to design the easy accessibility of the passengers from the low level platform without any risk of danger to the passengers.

This new design is making use of several combinations of Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics devices for its operation.

Main challenge in this is,How one will install the new design to the existing boggies of railways.

PAPER ON ‘HYPERLOOP TRANSPORTATION’. (Envisioned by engineer and inventor Elon Musk, Hyperloop is a project with a goal to build a high-speed transportation system using a low-pressure tube train, with a top speed of 800 miles per hour (1,300 km/h)).
