Inspection of the quality and accuracy of the weld joint preparation & fit up with respect to the Drawing, Geometrical dimension and tolerance.

Conduct Welder Qualification Test and Witnessing of PQR & WQT, and monitoring of welding activities as per WPS.

Inspection of the welded components as per drawing for visual and dimensional tolerance.

Monitoring welder performance and repair rate regularly and maintaining records.

Monitoring the welding sequence in order to control distortion.

Conducting NDT Examinations like RT, PT, MT and UT Wherever required as per standards.
