Support Regional Manager in the implementation of short and long term projects for the client, develop and implement innovative programs, process and procedures that reduce operating cost and increase productivity. Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual reporting. Oversee and manage capital and expense budgets by interfacing closely with the clients representative. Assist with the development and implement the annual management plan for the sites within my area. Manage Work Orders through the BIG system to verify all work is being completed within due dates. Verify, process and approve work orders & invoices through the Yardi system. Manage 5 operating Engineer that support 5 sites within the Richardson area. Manage time sheets and Vacation time for the employees. Personally, manage sites with no on -site engineer in Austin, San Antonio, Houston and Dallas. Managed maintenance of all equipment at 13 sites to include Admin. Space, Data Centers, Landscaping, Janitorial, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Emergency Back Up Support Systems, “Fire/Life Safety and Construction Projects.

2005-2012-Facilities Supervisor for VSO (Verizon Services Operations), Managed/Surpervised 500K sq. ft. in 4 state area. Worked with Regional Manager reporting and maintaining annual Capital/Expense budgets. Implemented long/short term project for all sites.
