Composite Aircraft Panel

Designed and simulation of Composite aircraft panel using Solid works. Examine different material suitable for composite panel in matrix and laminate level and Performed DFMEA (Design failure mode and effect analysis)

Analyzed the effect of stress Strain through Finite element analysis (ANSYS Composite Pre/post) due to decompression pressure, Intrusion load and Abuse load.

Calculated the difference between two materials (Epoxy S glass & carbon fiber in terms of strength ratio Tensile strength and cost analysis).

3D Food Printer and Thesis

Designed in Solid Works, Fabrication and automation different type of food nozzle for 3-D Food Printer by using smoothie board controller. Performed all the work from the scratch e.g. hardwiring, coding, Servo &Stepper Motors.

The goal of the thesis is to make a database of different Nutritional food and perform Multi-Objective optimization using various Analysis tools like optimization and standards according to WHO.
