Novi Precision, Brighton, Mi March 2016 – September 2016

Designed a moveable rail conveyor section so workers could access components for the assembly operation.

Designed a validation station for spring loaded clutch to verify all components where in the assembly.

Designed a validation station to verify correct part was loaded in press station for bearing insertion.

Worked on several other stations Magna Transfer assembly Line.

Creative Automation, Whitmore Lake, MI April 2015 – November 2015

Design robot EOAT for washer & welder stations on integrated assembly line. Design welder upper and lower tooling storage stands, case to ring gear assembly stand, guarding for the integrated assembly system.

Loading table for gear processing system of both green and hard gears.

Redesigned robot EOAT for handling of a pump shaft for the additional grinder on the manufacturing line placing shaft into location that was different from original approach.

Assembly layout and positioning of various elements and worked with outside sources for the integration of their product into the line.
