Plan and carry out policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates and management.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring, implementing, and documenting applicable human resource federal and state requirements, such as Federal Contracts, DOL, Worker Compensation, EEOC, ADA, FMLA, etc. Represent organization at personnel related hearings and investigations.
Maintain records of insurance coverage, pension plan, and personnel transactions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations.
