Monitor and proactively tuned Oracle databases via the OEM grid control (11g) and RAC platforms (12c) or using the Advisors (SQL Access Advisor, SQL Tuning advisor, and SQL Repair Advisor) or using scripts.

Configured manager, replicate and extract processes and implemented unidirectional, bidirectional replication using Oracle 12C Golden Gate.
