About Client : K.J.S. Ahluwalia,the mining leaseholder is having an experience of Mining & Marketing of iron ore for a period of more than two decades. The leases are mining ore to cater to the needs of the captive sponge iron plant having a capacity of 0.1MTPA, which he intends to increase to 0.5 MTPA. The iron produced from this mine is also being supplied to local sponge iron plants.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Configure Sales & Distribution involving Sales Order Processing.

Defined Shipping Points, Shipping Conditions and Loading Groups.

Define different kinds of outputs through output determination.

Customized Account Determination, Account Groups, and Billing Plan types.

Resolving the day to day Issues raised by the user according to their criticality level defined in SLA.

Interacting with the client for process clarification.

Analyzing the errors, searching for route cause analysis and providing permanent solutions.

About Client : Brahmani River Pellets Ltd. (BRPL),,a majority owned Stemcore Project, comprises a 4m tone per annum beneficiation plant in Barbil, we have assembled an experienced project team that is using well proven technology to take low grade fines and convert them to high grade pellets for consumption within India and for export to China and other markets. BRPL has commenced construction of a beneficiation plant located at Barbil in the iron ore belt of Orissa, India which will take fines from various mines, including AMTC and MISL,and refine them using grinding and magnetic separation processes

Roles and Responsibilities:

Observing & monitoring the task executed by the Sr. consultant & became a helping hand for the Sr. consultant.

Solving incidents reported by users and ensuring that the deliverables are in total shape, timeliness and quality.

Preparing functional specifications for additional functionalities with required approval for change request and providing estimate for the same.

Configured pricing control elements such as condition types, access sequence and pricing procedure, partner determination for updated organizational elements.

Receive tickets which contain ticket number and priority

Taking information from the user if required

Assign different status to the tickets depending on the process. Prepare solution and test it

If technical changes required send it to abaper.

End user testing and approval ticket is closed
