An experienced Business and Human Resources Leader with 20+ year’s relevant experience of working across business lifecycles from Startup stage to large mature multinationals. I have worked in Corporate HR and as a Management Consultant. My unique career experiences have given me an inherent and practical understanding of Business, Strategy and Execution.

I have worked within multiple industries and multiple geographies with business and service oversight over Asia, Europe and North America. I am comfortable working across diverse cultures with large, virtual and dispersed teams.

November 2013–April 2017 DUPONT Hyderabad

Director – Asia Pacific (HR OpEx & HR Shared Services)

DuPont is a US$40 billion diversified science and engineering company focused on solving global challenges in the areas of Agriculture, Industrial Biosciences and Advanced Materials. My role was to lead the global HR Transformation initiative across Asia Pacific region (18 Countries) to build and implement the new HR Service Delivery Model. The Key deliverables were to build the HR Centers of Expertise, implement tools and technology (Workday, SharePoint HR Portal and Salesforce Service Cloud); and enable effective Talent management. The end objective was to improve the Efficiency and Effectiveness of the Human Resources Function.

September 2010–October 2013 Entrepreneur Gurgaon

Entrepreneur

This was an Entrepreneurial phase in my career journey. I worked in the area of Human Resources Consulting & Advisory services, undertook Contract Jobs and set up an Electronics Assembly Unit. My work was helping organizations plan shared services deployment, implement cloud solutions (Successfactors, Meta4, iiPay) and undertake process improvement initiatives. I decided to come back to the corporate world as the entrepreneurial bet did not pay off as expected.

July 2008–September 2010 GENPACT Gurgaon

Vice President – Global HR Services

Genpact is a leading global provider of Business Process Services and an offshoot of General Electric (GE). My role as Global Practice Leader for HR Services was to help clients with Solution Design and Implementation of HR transformation and HR outsourcing initiatives. The clientele was primarily large global corporations.
