Description Enterprise Service Delivery System (ESDS) is an information system which handles various customer requests such as Amount Difference and Claims Adjustment Reversal etc. ESDS handles these requests through interfacing with PRPC Fulfilment engines. Fulfilment engines in PRPC take the request input data through series of screens on which business rules are applied according to the requirements and the request is resolved automatically in PRPC.Fulfilment engine will interact with external systems like AIDW (All Item Data Warehouse),SAP and RSI to get the requestor information.
