Carmella served as registrar at the FAU School (Henderson School/FAU High) and demonstrated commitment to her job, attention to accuracy and concern for process efficiency. I knew her for multiple years while serving as Assistant Dean for the College of Education with the school as one area of my responsibility. When I arrived we moved the school into electronic student data systems, increased the number of grades k-8 students and added a high school. These required new processes to be developed, systems to be learned and Carmella stepped up. She worked to put new processes in place, defined needs, refined computer applications and focused on improvement. Carmella completed important reports on time over the months and years with appropriate documentation and was always available for additional information or to make suggestions for improvements. Her computer skills and understanding of data manipulation were important for clean student data and related reports, student grades, scheduling issues and various student or compiled data transfers between systems and institutions. Carmella is a skilled and committed employee.

Carmella is a reliable colleague and hard working employee. Currently we are co-workers; however, she worked as my assistant for one year and was one of the most dependable assistants I've ever had. She excels at whatever she decides she wants to accomplish.
