Specific responsibilities were :
Preparing the completion and work-over programs for the two (2) drilling rigs and the two (2) CTU.

Highlights; Optimized the completion designs for long term production and cost effectiveness on the projects. Specific responsibilities were :

Main duties included :
Developing the strategy including the scope of works with risk weighted time and cost estimates for completion and work-over operations in an offshore environment.
Monitoring the daily completion and work-over activities, providing engineering and technical support on one (1) Drilling Jack up rig, two (2) Work-over Jack-ups, one (1) Platform rig, and one (1) Non-Rig Lift Boat.
Heavy work-overs job executions that included recovery of dual completions and stacked packer completions, fishing gravel pack liners and standalone screens in horizontal wells, Pulling stuck TCP guns and PCP pump installations.
