SUPPLY MANAGEMENT/ LOGISTICS OPERATIONS OFFICER – 333rd MP Brigade (2016 to Present)

Actively coordinate and track distribution/fulfillment operations for home and forward units utilizing SAP/ERP logistical tracking tools. Manage a team of specialists to coordinate requisition flow and procurement of unit inventory items, maintenance requests and general supply for the headquarters company and subordinate battalion level units.

Strategically plan and forecast the logistical needs of the brigade for all classes of supply during garrison and forward operations.

Establish SOP’s (Standard operating procedures) and ensure KPI’s are being met.

Manage a team of 34 individuals and subordinate leaders.

Perform cost analysis for all purchasing and requisitions.

Manage budgets and mobilize capital through funds management systems to subordinate battalion level units.

Maintain supervisory authority for $9MM+ in property and equipment using automated inventory management programs while generating/maintaining an updated, audit-ready, master inventory list.

Establish and maintain SLA’s with the SSA (Supply Support Activity/Main Warehouse/Distribution Center) and outside contractors.
