Contract Recruiting & Administrative Program Specialist IMCI, OKC, OK

EXPERIENCE Provide daily organizational and operational recruiting support to Work Ready Oklahoma (WRO), a program funded by the Department of Labor who assists long termed unemployed professionals in mid to high positions in the fields of management and business, IT/computers, financial services, architecture, teaching, healthcare and engineering. Duties include but are not limited to:

Screen applications and resumes; conduct initial phone screenings and set up interviews for qualifying applicants

Complete employment and background checks

Onboarding & orientation

Support the overall management and daily operations of WRO recruiting efforts

Perform a variety of tasks in relation to multiple projects with multiple deadlines

Assist with organizing, managing and tracking program data and program applicants in ATS

Support the development and maintenance of program policies and procedures and related program forms, instructions and documentation

Produce standard reports from WRO’s data management system and perform data entry and data quality assurance checks

Support the development of required program recruiting reports and other custom reports as needed

Manage office and staff calendars, including the tracking of deadlines

Produce professional correspondence and documents, spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting, and presentations with quality content for delivery

Manage program files and records, including client files

Audit applicant files as a quality check for key performance indicators 10/15 – 10/16 Temporary Recruiting Coordinator Boeing, OKC, OK Contract position with SearchPros to support Boeing with recruiting administration of hire, rehire and transfer of internal and external applicants. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Entering & maintaining integrity of data in various systems; i.e. Applicant Tracking Systems

• Conducting phone screens & scheduling interviews

• Ensuring offer compliance & preparing the offer package
