EMPLOYMENT
2015-2017 MC Sign Company
As a sales Coordinator for MC sign Company my duties were to schedule repairs for lighting and sign service needed for repairs. We were a national company with contractors all over, as we received calls for service we had to find a crew in the area and assign them to go out for service we negotiated pricing and followed the job from beginning to end if parts were needed we arranged that as well as any increase that may have been need to complete the job. I had to propose to the company to make them aware extra money and material were needed to complete the work. After the job was completed I had to follow up with the contractor to receive an invoice make sure it was correct and submit it to accounts payable.
2015-2015 CVS Caremark
As a Customer Service Representative my duties were to answer incoming calls from Med D members. These calls varied from prescription refills to inquiries about plan coverage. Our goal was first call resolve which I achieved regularly. I worked in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
2012-2014 Neptune Plumbing Company
As a Dispatcher my duties included answering phones scheduling services and repairs and dispatching calls in a promptly manner. It was also my duty to make sure materials were ordered and invoices were submitted to accounting for payments. I also prepared labor hours for payroll and made outgoing calls to schedule other services and follow ups.
2011-2012 Stanley Staffing
I worked part time for Data Vantage at a help desk. My duties were to assist incoming calls from retails stores where clerks needed to resolve cash register problems that arose doing transactions I had to walk them through information that would resolve the issues.
2010 Workplace Staffing Services
As a Customer Service Representative my duties were to assist customers calling in on a recalled product. I instructed customers on what the recalled product was and why it was being recalled. I also assisted customers on how to solve the problem with the product. This was a temporary assignment.

As a Collection Agent my duties were to collect on past due accounts for credit card companies. We were on an automated dialer system. I processed payments over the phone I also made arrangements for payments when necessary.
2007-2008 Lockheed Martin (Contractor) Accounting Clerk
As an Accounting Clerk I was responsible for settling accounts for veterans in every aspect. We went as far back as 2003 to present to update payments due to veterans who served in the armed forces at that time. My duties also included at times talking on the phone with veterans and establishing how they were getting paid and the method obtained to determine how much was due. This required accuracy in obtaining documentation of veteran’s records to document the payment.
1998-2006 ROTO-ROOTER, Commercial Accounts Representative
As a Commercial Accounts Rep. I sold maintenance and plumbing services to commercial businesses including Hotels, Hospitals, Shopping Centers and Sports arenas. My duties included selling contracts for service also job assignments, which involved me working closely with the plumbing technicians to make sure the task received the proper and most efficient attention. I also had to process loan applications for residential customers. Submitting and balancing credit card purchases. I performed collection procedures on all past due commercial accounts in addition to creating spreadsheets in the Excel format that was beneficial in the tracking and scheduling. I started out as a customer service representative where my duties were answering calls from customers with plumbing problems and resolving their issues. I possess very strong listening and communication skills. I was responsible for following up on service calls to ensure that customers were satisfied. I performed these duties for 2 years before moving on to Commercial Accounts where occasionally I still spoke with customers to help with major concerns when needed.
