Electrical Design Engineer for Oil production and drilling platform located in the South China Sea. The project was the Liuhua 11-1 for CNOOC. I was responsible for the electrical and HVAC engineering and design.
Electrical Design Engineer for the ARCO AP52A offshore platform for ARCO; I was responsible for the engineering and design of the electrical system.
Staff Engineer for Dubai Petroleum: I was responsible for the project planning, cost estimating, engineering and design, construction, commissioning and startup for the following type of offshore facilities:

ON SHORE EXPERIENCE:
Employer: Jacobs (OCTOMBER 2006 – APRIL 2014)
Lead Electrical Engineer: Responsible for the FEL-3 and detail design for the power system for five different Conoco/Phillips tank batteries. I was responsible for the electrical load calculations to determine the kilowatt requirements for each tank battery, and development of one-line diagrams and purchasing package for each tank battery.
Lead Electrical Engineer: Responsible for the power calculations to determine the kilowatt requirements for each well site and the total power requirements. Lead Electrical Engineer: Responsible for the power calculations to determine the kilowatt requirements for each well site and the total power required for the Full Field Development of the Niobrara field for Conoco/Phillips. This was an FEL-1 development to determine the most cost effective means to drive gas compressors. The initial cost and operating cost were compared.
Lead Electrical Engineer: Compressor Station for BHP Billiton located in Karnes County, Texas Responsibilities included engineering design and construction drawings for the electrical system for a compressor station and a point of sale gas gathering facility.

Electrical Design Engineer: I was responsible for the Electrical and HVAC designs for on shore facilities in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. I was trained for Cold Weather Engineering.

Lead Electrical Engineer for the following type of projects:
Developed detail engineering packages for the Central Arabia Development for the Hawtah Oil Field, a Saudi ARAMCO project.
Detail design for a 5kV 40-megawatt generation facility in Yemen
Detail electrical and HVAC design for a Conoco Oil production facilities that were divided between on shore and offshore in Venezuela. Produced oil was pumped to a FPSO. The top side of the FPSO was part of this project.

PIPELINE AND COMPRESSOR STATIONS (MOST RECENT EXPERIENCE)
Employer: Enbridge (Spectra Energy) (AUGUST 2015 – MARCH 2017)
Lead Electrical Engineer: Responsible for the engineering and design for the expansion of the Blessing Texas Compression Station. The project scope of work was the addition of a Solar Taurus 70 gas compressor, and the modification of five Dresser reciprocating compressor for clean burn duty.
Lead Electrical Engineer: Responsible for the engineering and design for the expansion of the Petronila Texas Compression Station. The project scope of work was the installation of a Solar Taurus 70 gas compressor.
Employer: Universal Pegasus (APRIL 2014 – JULY 2015)
Lead Electrical Engineer: Responsible for the engineering and design for the expansion of the Dominion Pleasant Valley Compression Station. The gas compressors are electric motor driven. There are five new compressors with a total horse power of 75,500.
Lead Electrical Engineer: Responsible for the FEED work for an Enbridge platform in Venice, Louisiana. This is a gas compression platform Responsible for the electrical generation system and other portions of the power system

Lead Electrical Engineer: Responsible for the engineering and design of a 2000 hp Electric Motor driven gas compressor for Linn Energy. The plant was in Kansas.
Lead Electrical Engineer, Overseeing the detail design of several compression station expansions. Two stations have Solar Taurus turbine engine driven compressors.

Lead Electrical Engineer: I was responsible for the control and power distribution system for a Texas Eastern Products Pipeline for a MTBE product pipeline pumping station.
