Manage general and daily functions of a commercial real estate business, which include:

* Manage and maintain tenant relationships and day-to-day activities including all Accounts Payable and A/R including rents, operating expense reconciliations and adjustments;

* Manage and maintain vendor relations including bid processes, evaluations, contract negotiations
