Print report cards for all teachers and input grades in SIS database system.

Generate reports monthly to make sure all of students data is of compliance.

Act as liason between parents, schools, and district staff.

Train and assist Contracted agencies employee’s and SLPS employee’s how to effectively use the SIS K-12 database system.

Apply principles of logical thinking to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Perform moderately complex to complex administrative tasks for four managers and two directors.

Answer questions regarding SPED and Student Support policies and procedures when answering multi-line phone system.

Direct complex situations that I can’t resolve to the appropriate cluster manager, director or other departments in the administrative office.

Responds to inquiries regarding departmental operations, transportation, and school assignments for all special education students and regular students as well.

Ensures the office runs smoothly while supervisor is in the field daily.

Serve as lead member on special projects.

Broad knowledge of Student Support Services and Special Education processes.

Self-check general forms and data submissions.

Experience heavy computer usage with both personal computers and district systems.

Knowledgeable of First Student Routing Specialists.

Communicate to staff through two-way radios, Intercom PA System, and telephones.
