MSCI Emerging Markets Index is an index created by Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) designed to measure equity market performance in global emerging markets. This application is used for data migration and implementing the Income Statements for Product as well as MSCI. Mainly it contains HC Forecasting, Comp, Non-Comp, Location and Reference Cost Center. An income statement is a financial statement that measures a financial performance over a specific BMU Product as well as at overall MSCI level.

Responsibility

Implemented the Income Statement reports for Product as well as MSCI level.

Successfully implemented Salesforce - Dataloader integration.

Created Page Layouts and assigned different layouts based on Record Types.

Created a report type based on the client requirements.

The application is us. It is used in the US Walmart pharmacy stores. It is a windows forms application. This application is used right from the customer’s Description till dispensing drugs and providing counselling to the customers. It maintains the End-To-End flow of the order. It is used to generate repots as well.

This is a 3-Layred architecture. Every store has two servers one server is active and other is backup. Both these servers will connect to the database where the store specific data is stored.
