Description We created a tool to streamline the credit application process. This tool made it possible for the customers to manage and check on the status of their application. The planning process was extensive and meticulous because we had to create a new standard and procedure within the company for future projects. We discussed their needs and the tools needed to complete the project. This open communication allowed us to make decisions in a timely manner while meeting the deadlines given by the client.

Description We created a web application to centralize and manage projects. This platform optimizes and organizes the status of each project. Additionally, this application allows maximized communication between management and staff. In order to avoid complications in the future, we developed a strategy and presented it to the client. We ensured they knew the pros and cons of the new proposal. The principal concern was the additional expenses associated with the extended deadline.
