• From Sept 2010 to Nov 2011, I led the $1M Interim Haiti Recovery Commission (IHRC) Information system project and managed a team of 6 programmers and data specialists, focusing on the Haiti Post-Earthquake Aid and Recovery information management.
• From Sept 2010 to Apr 2014, I led a $400K Government of Comoros Aid Information System for the government of Comoros. Completed project on time and trained users on data analysis best practice.
• From March 2012 to July 2013, I managed the development of a $250K Government of Burundi web-based information management system for Burundi’s donor-funded projects portfolio and migration from previous vendor.
• From December 2010 to April 2014, I took over management of Rwanda Aid System, a 450K project and manage its integration with country Management System integration with country Financial Management System.
• In collaboration with Foreign Ministry of Rwanda, I also developed $150K NGO management module for management of NGO registration, workers, resources and travel.
• From June 2012 to April 2014, I led a team of 5 in the design of $600K web-based management information system for donor-funded activity management for the Ministry of Economy in Mauritania.
