I am a mother of three. Married to a Military Veteran. I have worked in mainly customers service. For 10 years did not carry a job to the consistent moving around with the Military.I have a strong suit in respect for ones job title. Feel that telling the truth even in horrible situations is the best outcome for any one person. I express a positive work atmosphere no matter the situation. Work History:

Levy's Restaurants

April 12, 2017 to July 1, 2017. Went back to work looking for permit work the entire time something close to home. Responsibilities all the same as before. Reason for not working there at this time is due to season position. Selina Lacky is know the General Manager in the Turf Club.

Work requirements

Answering phones in a call center. Assisting with daily ill's of home devices: Such as computers, TVs, cell phones, and assisting with in home scheduling. Provided excellent communication skills,providing

the client with information needed to correct situations they were under going with there devices. Received there payment information for services rendered. Abilities to deal with customer complaints. Assist with the for longed out comes that could assist them with fixing there day to day deals with there home devices.

I can type up to 60 words per minute if needed. Excellent at keeping notes or paperwork orderly. Keep work stations clean and orderly. Love to communicate information if it's needed with the upmost respect when providing information.

Went over and above my job description and the possibilities of others in the work area. Never did I think twice of assisting any one that needed it no matter the job. Was willing to assist guests at Church Hill Downs. I worked with this company for a brief time do to temporary position. Which started April 2016 and ended July 3 2016. Reason for not returning for seasonal position as they urged me to come back. Was due to finding permanent work with Sitel here in Glasgow KY.

Training new employees included: Preparing for the next days line of foods. Make sure bread was ready the next day to be baked. Teaching how to restock items in the lobby. Mixing the cleaning products and which equipment to clean it with. The nightly count of the register. Entering closing counts of the store and powering down the system.
