Records and Document Control

Custom Solutions

Working with local IT staff and as part of a larger Six Sigma project, researched, developed and implemented electronic records management for in-process engineering projects and final disposition of engineering projects.

Created and implemented a web-based library requesting system using web technologies which resulted in increased requests and allowed the staff librarians to better meet customer needs by having specific questions answer which reduced time in fulfilling the customer’s requests and improved request through put.

Business Process Improvement

LEAN – trained in Lean Six Sigma and used the methodology on over 15 projects to analyze and improve processes resulting in improving project reporting and publishing; creating an electronic project file management system; and several other projects involving both document and records management.
