R&R Collections Agency & Financial Consultants - Pacific, MO - December 2008 to December 2014 As the manager of R&R Collections my responsibilities include providing great customer service to all of our clients, maintaining good oral, and reading communication skills, multitask oriented, being well organized, the ability to set priorities to meet deadlines, overseeing Accounts Payable/Receivable, assisting the clients in making the proper budget assessments to meet their needs, posted payments received and constructed payment plans, sent collections letters to all customers with balances less than $1,000 that were over 60 days past due, as well as customers with balances greater than $1,000 that are over 60 days past due. Accounts over 90 days past due receive a Payment Demand Letter with the promise of service interruption if payment is not received in 60 days. Placing direct phone calls, or e-mails to customers that are past due. Worked closely with the clients to implement processes, and policies that contribute accurate invoicing, so if service were to be stopped for non-payment, this position would be responsible for approving the sending of a final demand letter. Preparing documentation necessary to create the Credit or Debit Memo necessary to true up a customer account to 0 days. Addressing ongoing customer complaints concerning billing, or service rendered with the clients.
