Led multiple cost savings initiatives resulting in $30 million of run rate savings in salary and benefits expense and 21% reduction in headcount. Redesigned the organization to accelerate growth of our most profitable business while reducing management layers and shadow or redundant functions.
Redesigned the Americas’ go to market model by segmenting the client base according to revenue opportunity.
