WORK EXPERIENCE:-

-Ensure correct codes are entered into the machine and incorrect orders
-Responsible for setting up computerized machines to start various operation

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
-Diploma in CNC Machine Operator from Asmara, Eritrea
-Diploma in Accounting from Asmara, Eritrea
PERFORMANCE SUMMARY:
-Particularly skilled in setting up and operating CNC control machines and equipment.
-Functional knowledge of various tool setters
- Well versed in adjusting machine calibrations and console settings
-Set up and operate vertical and horizontal manual machine. Machine frac valves using an inch using calipers and micrometers to ensure precise dimensions with no supervision
-Set up, edit programs and first article inspections. Maintain close tolerances.
-Self-motivated, organized and skilled in orchestrating tasks and details to achieve project goals
-Adjust machine controls and change tool settings in order to keep dimensions within specified tolerances

-Adjust machine feed and speed, change cutting tools, or adjust machine controls when automatic programming is faulty or if machines malfunction
-Inspect sample workpieces to verify conformance with specifications, using instruments such as gauges, micrometers, and dial indicators
