Shipping/Receiving Repacker-

Duties- unpacked boxes of parts, checked for visual defects, as parts were repacked into totes. That supplied the line. Used pallet jack to obtain pallets of work that needed to be packed out. Used data input for making labels for totes, used scanner to scan completed work out, and shipments that came in or that need to be shipped. Was learning how to operate a forklift. Obtained License.

Pre production- Injection Off Loader/ inspection

Duties- Inspected parts coming from the mold or metalizer for defects such as gassing,scratches, splay, shortshots, being burnt, finger prints. Then loaded the good parts onto buggies,the bad parts to scrap. Then would send to assembly. Used scanner to scan work out. Helped in pre assembly used power screwdriver, and air gun.

Duties -Greeted all customers, assisted in finding the right part, promoted sales, was able to assist call in sales using ZNET. stocked cleaned help replace fuses, and wiper blades. And could use system to help indicate what the problem was wrong with vehicles.

Duties- Daily paperwork,maintained a stocked store, kept track of sales, supervised 3 other employee’s, worked with vendors, responsible for hiring/ letting go of employees, and training of new hires, completing the work schedule, and U HAUL RENTALS.
