Professional Summery

On my last Project I have been served my Abilities as costumer support Engineer for LTE & UMTS. My Key responsibilities were to monitor network with KPIs & Alarms, coordinating with field engineer plus Noc and troubleshoot the NodB and eNodB and commission them.

I have extensive experience in both UMTS & EUMTS with respect of SWAP, Installation & MS. i have supervised a Mega Project of SWAP in witch I was responsible of traffic shifting and BTS SWAP.

• Engineer BSS & TXN Operations TELENOR PAKISTAN PROJECT Central Region Responsibilities (Highlights) O&M of Telenor's Access Network consisting of 288 Nokia Flexi EDGE BTS sites, 3 Nokia 2000 3i BSCs, 1 Media Gateway and Microwave (SRAL XD) PDH and SDH links and Nokia Flexi BTS sites of USF project in the desert areas.

• I've supervised the SWAP project of 288 sites from SIEMENS 240XL BTS to NOKIA FLEXI EDGE BTS and assisted in the commissioning and integration of Flexi EDGE BTS and tackled the Quality related hardware and software issues during and after the SWAP project.

• With parallel of BSS, I am responsible of O&M of Transmission systems (SDH Multiplexer HIT 7060/7035/7070 and SRA4, 4 x STM capacities MW SDH Radio).Trouble ticketing/configuration/surveillance of BSS Network through Radio commander.

• Siemens SDH system surveillance/monitoring and troubleshooting through TNMS.
