I joined Tamilnadu Govt.Service in 1984 after M.B.B.S. as Asst.Surgeon till 1999.

I worked as clinical oncologist in Sekgoma memorial hospital, Serowe, Botswana, Africa, from feb-2013 to Jan 2014.

I worked as Specialist ENT in ohud hospital, Medina, KSA, from June 20011 to June 2012.

I worked as Asst.Prof. Cum HOD.in Dept. of Radiotherapy, Benghazi, Libya, since oct.2006 to April 2009 in teaching post for postgraduate under Al-Arab Medical University. (Garyounis University)

I worked as Asst.Prof. In Madras Medical College, Chennai from 2002 to 2006.Our department is under Barnaud institute of radiology & oncology.

I am hard working and disciplined as well as cordial towards patients.

I am as a clinician well trained in thorough clinical examination of patients and for their management, primarily of adult cancers of all types.

I am having experience in clinical oncology as well.

Diagnosing of cancer patients and treating them with Radiation by modern equipments. I am having special skill in Brachytherapy, both intracavitory and implants.

Our department is having one cobalt machine and one nucletron HDR Brach therapy with Plato treatment planning system and a simulator.

I, independently do treatment planning, Brach therapy procedures like intracavitory (ca.cx), intraluminal (esophagus), and implants – tongue, cheek & breast.

I am very much interested in teaching students in wards and PowerPoint.

I am most interested in doing research.

I am sincere and dedicated in my service. I am very much interested in doing studies and presenting papers.

Thesis work – comparative study hyper fractioned RT, with chemosentiser and without chemo in locally advanced unresectable head & neck cancers. Out of 32 evaluable pts. Apart from increased acute toxicity, response rate is 72%, which is equivalent to RTOG studies.

Case Report – presented in national conference.

Child (11yrs) presented with PNET of left maxilla. Confirmed by IHC. Bone marrow is involved. Discussed in tumour board advised palliative chemo and radiotherapy. Patient is having treatment. Patient lost his follow-up for the last 4 months.
