1. At present working with M/s Bhushan Power and Steel Limited,Jharsugura as an A.G.M-Operation (CRM Complex) from August’2013.

Job Profile

- Responsible for assisting in the management of operations activities associated with

the CRM-Mills, Roll Grinding, C.G.L(Flux and Non-Ox), Galvalume, CCL and Skin

Pass Mill to assure the highest level of productivity and quality within internal

scheduling requirements.

- Trains, leads and motivates subordinates to optimize man/machine interface to

continuously improve the quality and productivity of the operating units and meet

customer demands of Quality and on-time delivery.

- Sets productivity goals and standards to align workforce to meet/exceed requirements.

Schedules employees (all shifts) to meet operating and customer requirements.

- Coordinates and collaborates with the Supervisors, Operations Manager, Line

Operators, Maintenance, Technical, etc. in the various activities necessary to schedule,

process, expedite and transfer in-process material at proper efficiency and minimum

cost.

- Monitors flow of material through CRM-Mills, Roll Grinding, G/P's and SKP Mill areas to

eliminate delays on equipment, waiting on coils for delivery or to be removed from units.

Coordinates and collaborates with Maintenance on planned outages, preventive

maintenance, special projects, etc. to prevent delays during operating hours, eliminate

bottlenecks and improve quality of product as it relates to maintenance of equipment.

- Interacts with the Technical Department to insure proper standards and procedures are

followed on all units in order to obtain the proper metallurgical properties and quality of

steel in process.

- Assists with unit costs to effectively meet or exceed financial targets. Participates in goal

setting; constantly seeks out areas for continuous improvement; implements changes or

makes recommendations to management.

- Establish safety and housekeeping rules and procedures in order to maintain a safe and

clean working environment, prevent accidents and optimize productivity, quality and

employee morale. Instructs employees in job requirements, safety practices,

housekeeping rules etc. Conducts safety meeting, accident/incident investigations,

inspections, maintains records, etc. Corrects unsafe conditions, procedures, or makes

recommendations to management to eliminate future safety problems.

- Maintains appropriate inventory levels of consumables to insure uninterrupted

operations. Participates in consumables)vendor selection, bidding, ordering parameters).

2. Worked with M/s Salman Johar Al Johar Rolling Mill Factory, Dammam in Kindom of Saudi Arabia. as a Project & Plant Head(CRM.HRM & Tube Mill) from Jan.’2012 to July’2013

Job Profile

- Responsible for installation and commencing of a new Steel Mill comprising of HOT ROLLING(20”),4HI-COLD ROLLING,TUBE MILL(4”), Project Management, Execution, Design, Sourcing of Equipments, Operation, Q.C, Marketing, Export, Import, Logistics and P / L. Managing of multiple Production facilities as well as execution of Steel Mill of two rolling mills. Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with collaborators.

- Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.

- Initiating and implementing Systems, Processes and Procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall Production Operations and enhance Operational efficiency.

2. WORKED FROM Dec.2000 –Dec-2007 as an Asstt. MGR. (production) on 6 Hi

(Hitachi) UC 1700mm Cold Rolling Mill with M/s Bhushan Steel Ltd., leading in

Cold Rolled Coils & Galvanized steel coils, Sheets in India, having technical

collaboration with M/S SUMITOMO METAL INDUSTRIES, Japan

Job Profile: Responsible to look after Operational activities like making pass- schedule, Operating Mill & Managing Manpower to achieve Targeted Production.

• Co-ordination with PPC, Roll Grinding shop, Elect.& Mech. Deptt. during breakdown & shutdown so as to maintain the Mill.

• Preparation and Analysis of Daily / Monthly production delays to ensure reduce cost consumption & utilize max. Manpower & Machines.

• Working knowledge on Waldrich Siegen CNC Roll Grinding Machine & Electro-discharge Texturing machine.

• Knowledge of UT, ECT, Hardness & Roughness testing of Rolls.

• Calibration of CNC Roll Grinding Machines & measuring instruments.
