Roles & Responsibilities: -

Presently working as “Design Engineer-“Global Supporting Team” for designing “Torque transmission products (Couplings, Gears & cases) “site for Renold Inc., USA.

New Designs and standard drawings for customers in Renold Gears Milnrow, UK.

Familiar with Engineering tools like, Pro-e Wildfire-5.0 / CREO 2.0 &, AutoCAD, Solid Works and Wind-chill 10.1-PLM

Product Lifecycle management.

Good experience in parametric modeling, drafting and assembly of Casting and sheet metal components using Creo 2.0.

Engineering Change Management.

Preparation of Concept drawings for NPI products (Gears and coupling).

Expertise in MBD (Model Based Definition)

Preparing the manufacturing drawings.

Preparation of Bill of Material.

Preparing the Technical specifications.

Co-ordinate to GST to revamp old drawings into PDM Link.
