Director, Workforce Planning and Employment 2012–2017

Provided leadership to the daily talent acquisition, talent management, and workforce planning for the system, which involved

supervising the Executive Labor Management Team in determining the work force needed for all labor and projects. Managed a team of 11

recruiters, 5 recruiting assistants, and a manager on workforce planning and employment activities. Closely mentored recruiters and

assistants to maximize their skills for department succession planning; consequently allowing six direct reports to be promoted

within two years through successful talent development strategies.

Accomplishments:

Formulated and implemented innovative action plans which resulted to several job openings being filled in with high-quality talents

Closely worked with senior leadership in formulating and implementing strategic solutions to establish and maintain stronger and

positive employee relations

Spearheaded a project for hospital acquisitions to evaluate current staffing models, thus providing a systematic approach for the

organization on talent management

Pioneered human resource project operations for Braselton Hospital development and NGHS future expansion by implementing innovative

Coordinated with the Finance Department on all system projects to establish staffing plans for the system. Partnered with nursing

leadership in making sure that staffing needs were achieved. Functioned as the lead relationship manager for selected universities

and business schools. Collaborated with senior leadership in formulating strategies and aligning with NGHS goals. Led all branding

and advertising decision-making activities for workforce planning while collaborating with the System Public Relations Department.

Served as process owner on a Six Sigma project, which reduced time to fill in positions from 36 days to 26 days

Functioned as part of the A3 Problem-Solving Training Team in enhancing recruitment processes across Recruitment and Compensation

year, as opposed to the goal of two years
