PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN:
To locate boundary of college and draw contours of the college (Govt. College of Engineering, Amravati) area
Under this project, all the existing buildings were marked using the theodolite survey and the unutilized area was surveyed for the contours for ease of further development. Along with it the boundary of the college area was marked.
Development of light weight paving blocks
This project aimed in producing lightweight paving blocks using both light weight aggregate, blast furnace slag as well as the air entraining agents like aluminum powder. The blocks so developed gave a sufficient strength to withstand the load.
Performance Analysis of Roundabouts Using Empirical Methods for Indian Scenario
An equation to estimate the capacity of an entry of roundabouts for the heterogeneous traffic in India was developed using empirical method of regression analysis. The geometry was taken as an explanatory variable for the capacity. The level of service thresholds was also determined using the K-means clustering analysis. Software packages of AutoCAD, MATLAB and R were used for different purposes in project.
