Performs daily preventive maintenance checks on production injection molding machines. These checks included verifying the correct air and oil pressure readings at critical points on the machines. In addition, responsible for the accomplishment of repairs to the pneumatic and hydraulic systems which operate the mold presses, repair and replace heater bands on the heat zones that heat and melt the molding materials, and perform over all trouble evaluations on all production machines within the company.

Conducted daily preventive maintenance and down time analysis for all manufacturing machines within the company. Maintained the correct functioning of flaxmex sensors and the overall machine performance.
